I had dinner with some Swedes and Dutch last night and they did not stop commenting about how magnificent, professional and timely Leanne and Steph were. They said emails were sent out in a timely manner and enough reminders, but not too much, any changes to accommodation and extra dinners were dealt with like there was not a problem in the world… I cannot thank you enough for making the experience so smooth and seamless for the delegates.

I think I can speak on behalf of both James and myself in saying we were absolutely delighted with how everything worked out. Many delegates have commented on the excellent organization of the meeting which was due in very large part to Leanne’s expert management. Our overarching feeling was: “we absolutely nailed it!”. The only disappointment was the weather! We received no negative comments whatsoever, nor any suggestions on how things could have gone better, which is a significant achievement. We would not hesitate in recommending Expert Events to others (and will certainly do so!!!).
